I am commanded by the Air Council to refer to

your communication of the 31st May (92652/32) enclosing

a copy of a letter sent to the War Office on the subject

of the draft agreement for the transfer of the Kowloon

Peak Military Reserve to the Government of Hong Kong, and

to say that they do not desire to object to the course

proposed by Sir William Feel in paragraph 2 of his

dispatch of the 15th April, 1932, provided that His

Excellency would definitely undertake to attach to the

area in question the limitations for its future use and

development which were specified in paragraph 3 of this

Department's letter to the War Office of August 17th,

a copy of which is enclosed herewith.
